AOC Archaeology begins evaluations within the main distillery building 27th July 2015
On Wednesday 29th July we were invited to inspect the holes before they filled them back in. This was just a dig for evaluation purposes and in order to preserve everything (and for Health and Safety reasons) they could not leave open holes. See results.
